How to keep it happy
Bright, indirect light with some sun. Keep the soil lightly and evenly moist, if it dries out fully it drops needles that won't grow back, and give it humidity.

Araucaria heterophylla is a species of conifer. As its vernacular name Norfolk Island pine implies, the tree is endemic to Norfolk Island, an external territory of Australia located in the Pacific Ocean between New Zealand and New Caledonia.
How it arrives
Potted, packed by hand at the nursery, and shipped Monday to Friday, usually within a day or two of your order. In cold months we tuck in a heat pack; in a hard freeze we hold your order and send a card that says it is on the way.
