Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. We're not able to ship internationally yet.

Shipping rates

Flat rate: $9 on orders under $90
Free shipping on orders of $90 or more

Shipped fresh, never warehoused

Your plant doesn't sit in a warehouse. Each order ships directly from partner nurseries in Florida and California — whichever coast is closer to your door — so plants spend as little time in transit as possible.

When orders ship

Plants are packed and shipped Monday through Friday, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Most plants arrive within 2 to 5 business days of shipping, and you'll receive a tracking email the moment your order is on its way.

Weather holds

Live plants and extreme temperatures don't mix. During severe heat waves or cold snaps along the route, we may briefly hold a shipment for the plant's safety. If your order is held for weather, we'll email you — a short wait beats a stressed plant.

When your plant arrives

Unbox it promptly. Plants are packed securely for transit, but they're ready to stretch. Open the box the day it arrives, remove any packing material, water if the soil is dry, and let it settle in indirect light. Your meaning card and care guidance are inside.

If anything arrives less than well, our Refund Policy has you covered: report arrival damage within 7 days (photos welcome) for a free replacement or full refund.

Gift orders

Shipping is discreet — no prices are included in the box, and the meaning card carries your message. Double-check the recipient's address at checkout; we can update an address any time before the order ships.
