How to keep it happy
Bright-ish light, water when the top inch of soil feels dry, about once a week. It will forgive you if you forget; that's rather the point.
How it arrives
Potted, packed by hand at the nursery, and shipped Monday to Friday, usually within a day or two of your order. In cold months we tuck in a heat pack; in a hard freeze we hold your order and send a card that says it is on the way.

If your plant arrives worse for the journey, tell us within 48 hours and we'll send another, no forms, no fuss. Living things deserve second chances; so do deliveries.
